If you plan to attend the AMA 2025 North Central LLQ you will need to complete both waivers for anyone competing. If just coming to support or spectate, then you will only need to complete the electronic Bar 2 Bar MX Waivers.
This AMA Annual waiver CANNOT be accomplished the same day of these AMA events must be done several days in advance to receive the card. This annual waiver will be good for all AMA sanctioned events in 2025.
*If you have completed this process already for 2025, please just bring your digital AMA release card and your hard AMA membership card with you.

NO RV Hookups available (sold out). (NON-Potable Water available at the gate entrance).
Concrete Bike washing station provided – Power washers are FREE to use and donated by Christian Motorcyclist Assoc.
Must be 18 and hold a valid driver’s license to operate an approved Pit Vehicle
NO PIT BIKES, SURONES or anything with 2 wheels and the twist throttle

RIDER REGISTRATION: All riders must properly register. All riders must personally be present for rider registration. Minors must accompany their parent or guardian to registration. Completion of minor release form is required for Friday practice.
PARKING: We will park you as you arrive in the next available space. You may NOT save spots for persons arriving later. If you want to camp with someone, please meet them off-site and arrive together. Camping spaces must not exceed 25 feet in width. Parking is very strict and saving spots will not be aloud
REFUNDS: No refunds.
PIT RIDING: NO ONE UNDER 18 ALLOWED OPERATING AN APPROVED PIT VEHICLE. NO ONE IS ALLOWED ON THE DRAGSTRIP AT ANYTIME; YOU WILL BE TOLD TO LEAVE IF CAUGHT.
PETS: All pets must be on a leash. No vicious or barking pets permitted.
TRACK RADIO STATION: Please keep your radio tuned to FM 95.7, for up-to-date announcements and information throughout the weekend.
TICKETS: Your arm band is your weekend pass and must be worn at all times. If you leave the facility, you
must have it on in order to re-enter. This is your gate ticket. Do not take it off. You may purchase gate/camping tickets online but not necessary.
GARBAGE: Please use trash bags. There is a LARGE dumpster container on the South end of the pits. You are responsible for your area. Please use trash dumpsters.
RV DUMP: DO NOT DUMP YOUR TANKS AT YOUR CAMPSITE or ON THE ROAD as you leave. If you need RV service, please see the front ticket shack for a RED dump tag to be placed on your RV for the provider to contact you directly.
GENERAL INFORMATION is located at the rider’s sign in station.

DO NOT JUMP/CROSS FENCES. Use only pass-through gates for access. NO ONE is permitted inside the race area.
Mechanics: Your rider will receive one mechanic’s wristband at time of registration. Only one mechanic’s wristband per rider. Nobody without a mechanics wristband allowed back into the staging/gate area. Mechanics are to stay in their designated area during the race.
GATES: Nobody is permitted in front of the gates at any time. One Mechanics only in staging and gate area. Mechanics will require to stay in designated mechanics area.
NO ONE is ALLOWED on/in or around racing surface unless designated by REFEREE. ALL Patrons must remain inside fencing at ALL TIMES.
FIRST AID is located next to rider sign in.
SECURITY is headquartered at the front gate.
LOST & FOUND is located at the front gate
MEDICAL INSURANCE: We do not have Rider Medical Insurance and urge you not to race without it. Riders are responsible for their own medical insurance. Rider medical insurance is available
through the AMA’s RAMP Program at (800)-556-7614 or visit www.insurance4ama.com .
PROHIBITED ITEMS: NO GLASS BOTTLES, No fireworks, firearms, weapons, illegal substances, glass containers or any other items that may pose a safety hazard to our guests or competitors are permitted.
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: All racing rigs/ motor homes/ camping vehicles must have fully functioning fire extinguishers readily available in the event of an emergency.
SEARCH POLICY: All persons, vehicles and their contents are subject to search at any time. If any prohibited items are found, you may remove them from the property yourself, or we will dispose of them for you. We are not responsible for the safe return of any confiscated items.
GUEST CONDUCT: Motocross racing is a family sport. We will not tolerate offensive or inappropriate conduct and reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises. Riders are responsible for the conduct of their crew members, family, and friends. This includes your behavior in and around Maize, Kansas, and neighboring communities.
BANNERS: DO NOT take the banners or signage. Violators will be prosecuted for theft and trespassing.
CAMPFIRES: No campfires please. Due to the large number of guests and racing rigs, we cannot permit fires of any kind.
QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10:00 pm until 6:00am. All loud noise must be turned off at this time. Our racers need their rest! We will have security onsite at all times.

If anyone under 16 years old is caught driving or anyone causing damage or driving reckless or out of boundaries your pit vehicle pass will be removed and or your racer will be DQ’d Upon arrival – all will be required to pay for the entire weekend. (No Exceptions) Purchased wristbands are good through Sunday. No Refunds will be given at the gate.
