The Safe-to-Race Task Force has completed its assignment. Bar 2 Bar MX will activate the Plan and Best Practices Toolkit that is considered thorough and satisfactory for implementation with coordination of overnight motocross events by the local Health Department. It was the mission of the Task Force to develop best practices for our industry that focused on the health and safety of riders, families, and staff in a post-COVID-19 society. Admission and registration processes will follow strict social distancing and hygiene guidelines, as recommended by this Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
RECOMMENDATIONS
We’re glad you’re here! Your health and safety remain important to us. Here are some things you need to know during your visit: • Practice social distancing – stand 6’ apart • Wear face masks when closer than 6’ of others • Use our hand sanitize. • If you are sick, please go home. You should not be here • If you start to feel sick, go home and call you doctor • If you are considered ‘high risk’, go home and visit us when it’ssafe to do so • When not on track, please remain in your pit area. • Don’t roam or visit your neighbors. Use your phone for that • “Leave No Trace” – Take your trash home with you • Don’t touch your face .

All minors attending this event without parents must come with a notarized statement from parents or legal guardiangiving permission for another adult to act as guardian to signreleases. See website for example under Minors Consent Tab
Other Information:
NO RV Hookups available (sold out). (NON-Potable Water available at the gate entrance).
Concrete Bike washing station provided – Power washers are FREE to use and donated by Christian Motorcyclist Assoc.
Must hold a valid driver’s license to drive Golf Karts or Utility Vehicles.
- Golf Carts – MUST have Valid Driver’s License (DL) to operate vehicle.
- Side x Side – MUST have Valid DL to operate vehicle.
- Scooter with Helmet.
- Bicycles with Helmet.
- All Permitted Pit Vehicles must be parked for the night by 9:00pm.
RIDER REGISTRATION: All riders must properly register. All riders must personally be present for rider registration. Minors must accompany their parent or guardian to registration. Completion of minor release form is required for Friday practice.
PARKING: We will park you as you arrive in the next available space. You may NOT save spots for persons arriving later. If you want to camp with someone, please meet them off-site and arrive together. Camping spaces must not exceed 25 feet in width. Parking is very strict and saving spots will not be aloud
REFUNDS: No refunds.
PIT RIDING: NO pit bike riding in pit area. NO ONE UNDER 16 ALLOWED OPERATING AN APPROVED PIT VEHICLE. NO ONE IS ALLOWED ON THE DRAGSTRIP AT ANYTIME; YOU WILL BE TOLD TO LEAVE IF CAUGHT.
PETS: All pets must be on a leash. No vicious or barking pets permitted.
TRACK RADIO STATION: Please keep your radio tuned to FM 95.7, for up-to-date announcements and information throughout the weekend.
TICKETS: Your arm band is your weekend pass and must be worn at all times. If you leave the facility, you
must have it on in order to re-enter. This is your gate ticket. Do not take it off. You may purchase gate/campingtickets online but not necessary.
GARBAGE: Please use trash bags. We will have people gathering trash. There is a LARGE dumpster container on the South end of the pits. You are responsible for your area. Please use trash dumpsters.
RV DUMP: DO NOT DUMP YOUR TANKS AT YOUR CAMPSITE or ON THE ROAD as you leave. If you need RV service, please see the front ticket shack for a RED dump tag to be placed on your RV for the provider to contact you directly. . .

DO NOT JUMP/CROSS FENCES. Use only pass-through gates for access. NO ONE is permitted inside the race area.
Mechanics: Your rider will receive one mechanic’s wristband at time of registration. Only one mechanic’s wristband per rider, it must always be worn. ALL MECHANICS MUST WEAR A FACE MASK AT ALL TIMES ONCE ENTERING STAGGING AND AT THE GATE/MECHANICS AREA. Nobody without a mechanics wristband or mask will be allowed back into the staging/gate area. Mechanics are to stay in their designated area during the race.
GATES: Nobody is permitted in front of the gates at any time. One Mechanics only in staging and gate area.Mechanics will be require to stay in designated mechanicsarea.
NO ONE is ALLOWED on/in or around racing surface unless designated by REFEREE. ALL Patrons must remain inside fencing at ALL TIMES. .
FIRST AID is located next to rider sign in. .
SECURITY is headquartered at the front gate. .
LOST & FOUND is located at the front gate.
MEDICAL INSURANCE: We do not have Rider Medical Insurance and urge you not to race without it. Riders are responsible for their own medical insurance. Rider medical insurance is available through the AMA’s RAMP Program at (800)-556-7614.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: NO GLASS BOTTLES, No fireworks, firearms, weapons, illegal substances, glass containers or any other items that may pose a safety hazard to our guests or competitors are permitted. .
FIRE EXTINGISHERS: All racing rigs/ motor homes/ camping vehicles must have fully functioning fire extinguishers readily available in the event of an emergency. .
SEARCH POLICY: All persons, vehicles and their contents are subject to search at any time. If any prohibited items are found, you may remove them from the property yourself, or we will dispose of them for you. We are not responsible for the safe return of any confiscated items. .
GUEST CONDUCT: Motocross racing is a family sport. We will not tolerate offensive or inappropriate conduct and reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises. Riders are responsible for the conduct of their crew members, family and friends. This includes your behavior in and around Maize, Kansas and neighboring communities. .
BANNERS: DO NOT take the banners or signage. Violators will be prosecuted for theft and trespassing. .
CAMPFIRES: No campfires please. Due to the large number of guests and racing rigs, we cannot permit fires of any kind. .
QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10:00 pm until 6:00am. All loud noise must be turned off at this time. Our racers need their rest! We will have security onsite at all times..

You must follow the rules, or you will forfeit your pass. Quite pits after 9 pm every night
Upon arrival – all will be required to pay for the entire weekend. (No Exceptions)
Purchased wristbands are good through Sunday. No Refunds will be given at the gate.
